RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or insure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. You will be liable for any loss or damage until we receive them at our warehouse.

Where provided, belts and any packaging such as dust bags must also be returned.

COMPLIMENTARY UK RETURNS

To make a return, please visit our returns portal.

1. Enter your order number and email address.

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

3. Once registered on the portal, we will email a QR code. You do not need to print anything.

4. Package your items securely ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel.

5. Take the parcel to your nearest Royal Mail branch and show the QR code provided.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To make a return, please visit our returns portal.

1. Enter your order number and email address. 

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. 

3. Select ‘choose your own courier’. 

4. Once registered on the portal, we will email confirmation and further instructions. 

5. Package your items securely ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel. You can return the order without the original box which will lower the costs significantly. 

6. Select a courier and prepare customs invoice. Please mark clearly "BRITISH RETURN GOODS – [name of product(s)]" as a description of contents. 

7. Please obtain proof of posting and tracking number as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage or loss until we receive them at our warehouse.

REFUNDS

Please allow 5 working days from date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to your original method of payment. Once merchandise has been received, your refund will be processed within 30 working days, depending on your banking institution.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be amended before they get processed at our warehouse. Unfortunately, after this time, we are not able to guarantee any changes. Contact client services if you wish to amend your order.

EXCHANGES

Kindly note that during sale periods we are unable to offer exchanges.

Contact client services to arrange an exchange for the same item in an alternative size. Should you wish to receive a different style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
