RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are complimentary for full-priced orders. A £5 returns fee applies to orders containing sale items. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, free from make-up marks and with all tags attached. Belts and any provided packaging such as dust bags must also be included.

RETURNS

To make a return, please visit our returns portal.

1. Enter your order number and email address.

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

3. Once registered on the portal, we will email a QR code. You do not need to print anything.

4. Package your items securely ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel.

5. Take the parcel to your nearest Royal Mail branch and show the QR code provided.

REFUNDS

Please allow 14 working days from date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to your original method of payment. 

Once merchandise has been received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days, depending on your banking institution.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be amended before they get processed at our warehouse. Unfortunately, after this time, we are not able to guarantee any changes. Contact client services if you wish to amend your order.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges. For a more efficient service, simply place a new order and return the original. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable
