DELIVERY
SHIPPING COUNTRY
Please pre-select the correct shipping country when browsing our website. This will simplify your checkout process. Shipping countries are listed at the bottom of the page when browsing the website from desktop and inside the menu if you are browsing on mobile.
UK ORDERS
Free delivery on full-priced orders over £600. A £5 fee applies to orders under £600 and orders containing sale items.
Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 9am-9pm Monday to Saturday. Please note we do not deliver or dispatch on Bank Holidays. Orders are not dispatched on weekends.
Once your parcel reaches our nominated carrier, you will receive a tracking link via email. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier will leave a card instructing you on how to re-arrange delivery or organise a pick-up from the depot.
We endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day for orders placed before 3:30pm GMT, Monday to Friday.
Any orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the following working day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Roland Mouret covers import duties and taxes to shipments within the EU. For deliveries outside of these territories, additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
As customs policies vary, we advise contacting your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Roland Mouret you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Europe
Roland Mouret covers import duties and taxes to all European countries, including Norway and Switzerland, so there are no additional fees to pay when your order arrives.
Delivery is estimated within 3-9 working days from order dispatch. Free shipping is offered on full-priced orders above €700. A €20 shipping fee applies for orders below €700 and orders containing sale items.

USA

Delivery is estimated within 2-6 working days from order dispatch.
MAINLAND CHINA
Roland Mouret covers all import duties and taxes within mainland China. There are no additional fees to pay when your order arrives.
Delivery is estimated within 3-10 working days from order dispatch. A £50 shipping fee applies on all orders.
MIDDLE EAST
Orders will be dispatched via UPS or FedEx and delivery is estimated within 3-10 working days from order dispatch. Free shipping is offered on full-priced orders above £600. A £20 shipping fee applies for orders below £600.
A £20 shipping fee applies to all orders containing sale orders.
RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Due to the ongoing international conflict, we are currently unable to deliver to Russia or Belarus.
REST OF WORLD
Delivery is estimated within 3-10 working days from order dispatch. Free shipping is offered on full-priced orders above £600. A £20 shipping fee applies for orders below £600 and orders containing sale items.
International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. As customs policies vary widely we advise contacting your local customs office for more information.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred and the cost of returning the package to our UK address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
