What is Pre-Order?

Selected items from our new collection can be ordered in advance - payment will be processed now and the order shipped to you when it arrives. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Due to the nature of pre-order items, estimated delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen delays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Paypal and buy now pay later with Klarna. 

Can I cancel my order(s)?

Please note that orders cannot be changed once they are confirmed. If you need to amend the delivery address before the order is marked as shipped, please contact client services.

Why should I register for an account?

Creating an account with us means you can shop faster and keep track of your orders.

Why has my order been cancelled?

It is possible that your item(s) have gone out of stock or your payment was unsuccessful, please contact our client services team for further information.

I’ve returned an item, when will my credit card be refunded?

Please allow 5 working days from date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to your original method of payment. Once merchandise has been received, your refund will be processed within 30 working days, depending on your banking institution.
