SHIPPING COUNTRY
Please pre-select the correct shipping country when browsing our website. This will simplify your checkout process. Shipping countries are listed at the bottom of the page when browsing the website from desktop and inside the menu if you are browsing on mobile.
Roland Mouret covers import duties and taxes to all European countries, including Norway and Switzerland, so there are no additional fees to pay when your order arrives.
Delivery is estimated within 3-9 working days from orders containing sale items. Free shipping is offered on full-priced orders over €700. A €20 shipping fee applies for orders below €700 and orders containing sale items.
* Due to the ongoing international conflict, we are currently unable to deliver to Ukraine.
Once your parcel reaches our nominated carrier, you will receive a tracking link via email. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier will leave a card instructing you on how to re-arrange delivery or organise a pick-up from the depot.
*Delivery to P.O. Boxes is limited to UK & US addresses and is unavailable for international shipments.
RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Due to the ongoing international conflict, we are currently unable to deliver to Russia or Belarus.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred and the cost of returning the package to our UK address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
