Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
A: All are packages are shipped Express as standard via DHL Express.
UK & Europe: 1-2 days (working days)
USA: 2-3 days* (working days)
Rest of World: 3-5 days (working days)
Dates are based on average transit times from the date of dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
* As part of routine inspections carried out by US Customs, order valued over $2,500 may be subject to a further information request via DHL including the shipping receivers IRS number. No further charges will be added to your shipment at this point, this is only a routine check as requested by US Customs for clearance of the shipment.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Australia and all other international: £25
Same Day Delivery (available for Greater London only, orders must be placed before 3pm GMT Mon-Fri): £15
Paid duties and taxes
Paid duties and taxes are on offer worldwide, meaning that Roland Mouret will ship all orders* DDP through DHL courier service so that customers will not receive unexpected customs charges.
Q: Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
A: Yes, insurance is included to the value of the order and signatures are required on all deliveries. Please contact us if you need assistance rearranging a delivery time. Please note: once an item has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Q: How much duty and tax will I have to pay?
A: All online orders are shipped from the UK and any delivery address outside the EU is possibly subject to import duties and taxes. The cost varies by country. Duties and taxes are able to be pre-paid when placing an order online. Please contact your local import office for clarification.
Q: Does Roland Mouret ship to multiple addresses?
A: No. For security reasons we will only ship to a single verified address. If you would like your order sent to separate locations, please contact Customer Services as they can assist you with placing individual orders.
Q: Why are shipping restrictions applied to some items?
A: As part of our collection, we occasionally use different skins, leathers and furs to create our products. We take the utmost care to ensure each of these is ethically and responsibly sourced, which includes using only CITES approved materials; as such some products may be subject to restricted or delayed shipping to certain countries. Our Customer Services team will be in contact on receipt of your order if any restrictions apply.
Please note; due to CITES export delays and restrictions we may not be able to send orders of Python pieces outside the EU. Orders outside of the EU for such pieces may be cancelled and refunded in full immediately.
