9 September 2010 (London) – Iconic European fashion designer Roland Mouret will open his first flagship store and design HQ in the heart of London’s prestigious Mayfair in Spring 2011. The news comes as 19RM also secures the rights to use the Roland Mouret trademark.

Mouret comments: “My partnership with Simon Fuller is unique, he has allowed me to develop a business whilst ensuring I always had enough space and resources to follow my intuition and establish the company. Acquiring the trademark was always part of our plan. The future is very exciting”.The opening of a flagship store in central London in 2011 has been much anticipated by long-standing customers of the designer. The six storey building in Carlos Place, opposite the Connaught Hotel, will include two floors of retail, housing the brand’s complete Womenswear and Menswear collections, Mouret’s atelier, design workshops, studios and a sales showroom. “What a special time this is for Roland. We have acquired the rights for him to use the Roland Mouret trademark and he is moving into his new flagship building in Mayfair. A perfect start to the new decade”, says Simon Fuller. Roland Mouret adds: “The acquisition of the trademark and the addition of Carlos Place, the new residence for the brand, feels like a home coming.”
