Placing an Order

Q: Do I need to set up an account to make place an order?
A: No. Guest checkout is available, but we do recommend creating an account with Roland Mouret so you can track your order, save your details, create wishlists and view your history.

Q: If an item is out of stock is there a way I can be notified when it becomes available?
A: Yes. We are happy to let you know when an item is back in stock. You can register interest using the “Notify Me” link on the desired product. You may also contact our customer care team on customerservices@rolandmouret.com.

Q: What size should I order?
A: Most of our garments fit true to size. To ensure you order the correct size, please refer to our Size Guide for exact measurements.

If you are ordering one of our form-fitting pieces from the Signature Collection, we recommend pairing with our Power Mesh to ensure the best fit.

If you are in doubt, you can consult our Size Guide or contact our Customer Services team for assistance. Please note all products on this site are in UK Sizing.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, we recommend you contact our Customer Services team by email or phone (+44 207 518 0700) as soon as possible. Please have your order reference number at hand for expedited service.

Q: When will payment be taken from my credit or debit card?
A: Payment will be taken at the point your order is dispatched. Please note some banks and card issuers will place a hold on funds at the point of authorisation, please contact your card issuer for more details.

Q: Can I make any requests or specifications in relation to the design of my order?
A: We are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Please contact Customer Services to discuss your specifications.

Q: What should I do if I’m having technical difficulties?
A: Please contact Customer Services and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: Can my order be gift-wrapped and or include a gift message?
A: All our orders come beautifully packaged in our iconic Roland Mouret bags, but please contact Customer Services for the addition of a gift message or to discuss specific requirements.

Q: How do I change my account details?
A: You can log into your account here or through the “Account” link at the top of any page and edit your name, address and contact details. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Services or call +44 207 518 0700.

Q: What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
A: Use the “Forgot Password” link after entering your email address here or through the “Account” link at the top of any page to receive a reset password link. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Services or call +44 207 518 0700.

Q: Is my personal information kept private?
A: Roland Mouret collects personal information in several ways when you place an order or register an account. By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfill your order.

Saved details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

Q: Is shopping online with Roland Mouret secure?
A: To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Roland Mouret uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’. This means that you are in secure mode.

Product Care

Q: How do I maintain my Roland Mouret items?
A: The finest materials and craftsmanship go into creating our garments. We recommend caring for these by using specialist dry cleaning services and storing in a clean, cool, dry location. Accessories should be kept in the packaging provided.

Q: Where do I find items that I have seen in the press?
A: Please contact Customer Services and we would be happy to assist you in finding it online, in one of our stores or through an authorised reseller.
